Dillon is a senior founding partner with George Financial, servicing Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. Dillon has won numerous prestigious awards within Equitable Advisors including multiple Centurion, Pinnacle, Circle of Excellence and Summit Awards, a Silver Eagle, and the prestigious Order of Excalibur. He has consistently been ranked among the top Financial Professionals in his classification within Equitable Advisors, nationally. Dillon's focused professional experience lies in his understanding of the various types of retirement plans available to clients and his knowledge of how participants can seek to maximize their benefits. An avid outdoorsman, Dillon enjoys deer hunting and bass fishing with his son, Dakota. He is a big fan of college sports and especially loves watching Tennessee Vols football. Dillon and his wife, Carmen, reside in Ooltewah, Tennessee and have four children, Dakota, Calli, Cami and their newest little one, Kai. AR Insurance License #8389247

J has a finance degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he played football and met his wife, April. J and April reside in Ooltewah, Tennessee with their three children, Jadyn, Miller and Blaze, and spend most of their free time at the ballfield. AR Insurance License #5959314
Will is a licensed Registered Sales Assistant and Business Manager for George Financial. He has been an important part of our team for 16 years. His roles include assisting our Financial Professionals in developing appropriate strategies for clients to address their estate, long term care and disability planning needs. Will holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he was a trainer with their football and baseball programs. Will is the father of two children, Ethan and Abby, and resides in Chattanooga. He loves sports and has coached his son's select baseball team for many years. He is a huge fan of the Tennessee Vols and especially enjoys watching Tennessee basketball.

Sandra Pearson
Client Relationship Manager and Marketing Manager
Sandy grew up in Virginia and moved to Tennessee in 1990 where she raised her children, Danielle, Ryan and Brandon, and worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries. After living in Chattanooga for 25 years, Sandy returned to Virginia while her son was stationed in Norfolk with the USMC. In Virginia, she began working with Community Financial Group and Equitable Advisors in their Fredericksburg office. Sandy returned to Chattanooga in 2018 to become a part of the George Financial team as our Client Relationship Manager and Marketing Manager. Sandy attends Calvary Chapel with her sons and daughter-in-law. She enjoys traveling and attending college and pro sporting events. Her favorite teams include the Tennessee Vols, Tennessee Titans and the Atlanta Braves. Sandra Pearson provides administrative support services only.
The ability to impact lives has always been a goal of Terrans. Terran is a Financial Professional and Operations Assistant with George Financial. He enjoys the opportunity to work with individual investors in creating and implementing strategies designed for specific goals that we all set together.
Terran received his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia and his MBA from the Campbell School of Business at Berry College in Rome, Georgia. He holds his Life Accident and Health Insurance Agent License, FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.
Outside of the office, Terran is an avid sports fan. Growing up in Ohio, he sticks true to the Buckeyes and other Ohio sports teams. When he's not watching sports, you can probably catch him on the grill. Terran and his wife, Kenzie, are newlyweds as of October, 2020 and reside in Ooltewah, Tennessee.
Erica began her career in the financial industry in 2003. With a passion to help others understand and prepare for retirement, she joined George Financial in 2020.
Erica has a bachelor's degree from Bryan College and was the 2011-2012 recipient of the Accounting Award from Cleveland State. She hold the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations.
Erica, her husband, Brandon, and three sons, Braden, Ethan and Callan, reside in Cleveland, Tennessee and attend Mt. Olive Ministries. In her spare time, you can often find Erica at the ballfield, cheering on her boys. She and her family love camping trips and cruises. AR Insurance License # 8217174
